2015 begins a year of change at the Golf Course. Head Pro Craig Hall and Superintentent John Fetzeck retired. The Township has restructured the management of the golf operation by hiring Jim Micilcavage as the General Manager, Joe Muha as the Superintentent and Alex Deering as the Golf Services Manager. All are anxious to join Terri Morton in welcoming guests to the facility.
HISTORIC: East Hempfield Township became the first municipality in Lancaster County to own a golf course when it purchased the Four Seasons Golf Course and surrounding open space in 1989. The 220-acre site is located east of Church Street and north of Stony Battery Road, south of Landisville. The purchase gave the Township, a fully-equipped, 18-hole, 121- acre golf course in addition to more than 80 acres of open and recreational space. The complex includes a pro shop, snack bar, men’s and women’s lockers, office space, and banquet facilities.
The course is open year round, but players are advises that golfers should call first on days the weather is inclement. The number for the pro shop is 898-0104. Hours for the Pro Shop vary with the season.
