Zoning Hearing Board
Meetings are held the 3rd Monday of each month at 7:00 pm (unless otherwise noted) at the Municipal building located at: 1700 Nissley Road, Landisville, PA 17538. Meetings are conducted in-person and also by Zoom. Zoom link is available from the current agenda.
Zoning Hearing Board
The 5-member Zoning Hearing Board are appointed by the Board of Supervisors and serve 5-year terms. There is also 1 alternate position who is also appointed by the Board of Supervisors and serve 3-year terms. The purpose of the Zoning Hearing Board is to consider appeals from property owners seeking variances from zoning requirements, Special Exception approvals, Interpretations of the regulations and, as a way to challenge the validity of land use determinations.
