All meetings are held at the East Hempfield Township Municipal Building, located at 1700 Nissley Road, Landisville, unless otherwise advertised.

PROCEDURES FOR PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
DURING BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETINGS
ADOPTED 9/6/06

  1. A public comment period shall be established at the beginning of all public meetings of the Board of Supervisors.
  2. Any member of the public wishing to address the Board must first be recognized by the Chair and then must identify himself by name and address.
  3. Comments are to be limited to matters of concerns, official action or deliberation which are or may be before the Board prior to taking official action.
  4. All speakers will be limited to a three minute time period in which to make their comments.  If anyone has additional comments, additional time will be provided at the end of the meeting.
  5. These procedures may be modified at any time by majority vote of the Board of Supervisors.
